  This is a grocery store that has employees who are taught to care about customers. If you can't find something, find someone wearing a Macy's apron and they will help you find it. If you need help carrying stuff out to your car, tell your checker, who will get one of the baggers to help you carry it out. I have had very good experiences with this store for over two decades. That's why I keep coming back.
